Villa Gini is a rationalist style and late deco house built around 1930. It has large rooms and original decorations, together with a beautiful garden. The building is located in the heart of Pisa, in an excellent point for walking the most important marvels of the city: the so called ‘Piazza dei Miracoli’, the ‘Lungarni’ decanted by Leopardi, the ‘Piazza dei Cavalieri’, Santa Maria della Spina church, university campus and the other symbolic places of Pisa. The building is also located near the train station and 1.2 km far from the airport. Villa Gini is the ideal place for holiday and for business travels given the proximity with ‘Palazzo dei Congressi’, Santa Chiara Hospital Cisanello Hospital and S. Rossore clinic. The environment is a combination of elegance and familiarity: in the breakfast room or in the garden you can taste local products and Tuscany specialities; moreover the family management and the great care for our guests help to create a perfect holiday and a personalized service to everybody.

Roberto and Sofia made our stay in Pisa to the best experience possible. They welcomed us to their villa and instantly made us feel at home. A really beautiful house with a lovely garden, spacious modern room with nice details, tee and coffee in the dining room available at any time - it was hard to leave this great place

Жизнь в итальянской семье. Это самая настоящая вилла, в которой живет итальянская семья, изредка принимая к себе гостей. Это был замечательный опыт, хоть мы остановились всего на одну ночь. Было здорово немного почувствовать себя местным жителем. Невероятно приветливые хозяева, которые максимально позаботятся о вашем комфорте. Красивая трасса с цветами и садиком, где можно завтракать (завтрак включен). Не сомневаюсь, что остановлюсь здесь вновь, если окажусь в Пизе.

The host Roberto was excellent. When greeting us he was interested in where we had been, how our journey was and gave us a coffee within minutes of arriving. We had already indicated my wife was coeliac and Roberto and the family took this into account buying fresh food for the next day’s breakfast. The villa is stunning, beautiful and well decorated given it is 100 years old. A real credit to the whole family. The beds are amazingly comfy and we had a great nights sleep. We would definitely return.

The place to stay in Pisa. B&B idéalement situé en dehors des nuisances tout en étant proche du centre. L'accueil chaleureux nous a donné le sentiment d'être reçu en famille.

In occasione del Lucca comics & games abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Gini. I proprietari gentilissimi, ci hanno accolti come fossimo a casa, siamo stati benissimo, la location è in un'ottima posizione, la stazione si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in pochi minuti, ottima colazione ed ampio bagno. Soggiorno impeccabile

There are so many thing I loved about this B&B. The location was ideal;cost me just €8 for a taxi from the airport and for my return journey it was a 5 minute walk to the station to get the airport shuttle. The house was just lovely, full of charm and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast room had a small terrace, which was lovely to sit on and enjoy the evening. There was a wonderful wee park just 3 minutes walk from the Villa, on the bank of the Arno, which was a lovely place to relax. The villa was the home of the family's grandmother and it retains the atmosphere of a home. The staff were wonderful, very helpful, pleasant and obliging. I will be staying again.

Parfait pour une visite de Pise. Un accueil excellent, un hôte dévoué et prévenant, très bon petit déjeuner, endroit calme pourtant en pleine ville, bonne literie.

Aanrader voor kort verblijf. Mooie oude villa niet ver van vliegveld aan rand van oude centrum. Restaurants in de buurt. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst ook al kwamen we pas laat in de avond aan. Betaald parkeren in de straat ( centrum) maar niet duur.

L'accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte et ses recommandations éclairées et très appréciées sur Pise. Tout en continuant d'apprendre l'italien, on a également pu échanger en français. Petit déjeuner bien garni, tout ce dont on a besoin nous est gracieusement proposé. Tres agréable et tres belle maison. Chambre très confortable et grande. Bien situé pour acceder facilement au centre de Pise. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Beliggenheden er perfekt - gåafstand både til lufthavnen, stationen og det skæve tårn. Personalet var rigtig venligt og gav gerne gode tips til området.
